3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, ensuring Indian data residency. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We maintain daily encrypted backups with 30-day retention.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist in our operations, subject to strict data processing agreements. We will disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Your Rights under DPDPA 2023

6. Client Data
Data you enter about your clients (as a CA firm using Chartede) is owned by you. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. Your clients are data principals. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to store their data on our platform.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of our service may not function properly without cookies.
